Hands-On Discovery!

Every Sunday from 5PM–6PM, Raising Reptiles is hosting our interactive animal show — the Hands-On Discovery Demonstration — designed to be easy for families. No booking or appointments are needed; just show up and jump in!  

This engaging experience provides family activities in Macomb County, allowing kids to get up close with fascinating reptiles and exotic animals in a relaxed group setting led by our expert animal handlers. It’s educational, exciting, and just the right amount of wild.  

Meet a variety of animals including Tilly and Lucky, the Sulcata Tortoises; Karen, the American Alligator; Apollo, the 12' Burmese Python; Spike, the Bearded Dragon; Leo, the Leopard Ball Python; and many more! Enjoy the unique opportunity to hold, pet, feed, and learn about these creatures during this reptile hands-on experience in a quaint, professional, and uncrowded environment.  

Admission is $12 per participant, with adults free accompanying a paying child, and non-walking little ones also free.  

Walk-ins are welcome, but please note that doors close promptly at 5:15PM — no late entry. If your kids love animals or you're seeking a unique adventure for a Sunday evening, this is the best option. Everyone will love it.
