Join us for a transformative evening of meditation, renewal, and empowerment as we embrace the symbolism of the Year of the Wood Snake (2025) in our Shedding Fear Meditation.
This event is designed to help participants release old or irrational fears, confront personal challenges, and step into a space of growth and transformation. Inspired by the snake’s ability to shed its skin and emerge renewed, we will guide you through a series of activities to cultivate clarity, renewal, and growth.
The fear of snakes, one of the most common phobias, is often irrational—rooted more in cultural perceptions than real danger. Confronting and overcoming this deeply ingrained yet unwarranted fear can provide valuable insight into how irrational fears take hold in our lives. By facing the fear of snakes, you create a powerful metaphor for personal growth: the courage to overcome one irrational fear can pave the way to dismantling other anxieties and limitations, empowering you to move forward with confidence and clarity.
The practice of using snakes, meditation, and kundalini energy to overcome obstacles and reach higher levels of self-actualization is a practice developed by John Vecchio, your host and co-owner of Raising Reptiles. His personal journey with these methods led, ultimately, to the conception of Raising Reptiles.
